What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund (100% of booking charges) for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to your arrival date. Unfortunately, no refunds are issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date.

How is the final quote calculated for the dates I have selected?

The final quote includes:

17% ABST (Antigua Sales Tax)

USD $5 per person per night (Antigua Guest Tax)

Is Paradise view a good area to stay in Antigua? How far is it from the airport?

Absolutely! Paradise View is one of Antigua's most sought-after locations. It’s just a 4-minute drive to Dickenson Bay, regarded as Antigua’s best beach. Additionally, our villa is only 16 minutes from the airport, making your journey to relaxation quick and seamless.

Is the villa located in a quiet area?

Yes, Pelican Rise is situated on a peaceful hillside, away from busy tourist areas, offering a tranquil retreat with stunning sea views.

Can I request a mid-stay clean?

Absolutely! Mid stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let Jenny, our dedicated house manager, know in advance to schedule it.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes, Jenny, our dedicated house manager, will be in touch with you prior to your arrival to gauge your interest in an airport transfer. Alternatively, there is a car rental service at the airport.

Do you provide beach towels?

Absolutely, we provide beach towels for all guests.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, the villa includes a washer and dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent is not included.

Are there any nearby hiking or nature trails?

Yes, Antigua offers scenic trails like the Middle Ground Trail and the Desmond’s and Carpenters Trail Loop within a 40 minute drive from the villa. Both hikes offer spectacular views.

What’s the best way to experience local culture near the villa?

Visit St. John’s for local markets and historical sites, or enjoy live music and cultural nights at nearby Salt Plage or at Shirley Heights.

How do I get help if something does wrong during my stay?
